The rooms were nice and the staff treated us well. Everything else was fine.

The location is great and the staff are friendly. However, there was a water leak from the roof that kept dripping.

The location is good close to a nice area in barcelona with lot of restaurants. the hotel bar is good and also the bartender lady was kind. The rating is completely wrong for this hotel and this goes into my list of worst hotel i stayed amongst 100+ other places i have stayed. Disappointed instantly when we met the receptionist and even more when we saw the bathroom (even the water is not draining properly😅) Staff was incompetent and very rude and made our stay very annoying for both me and my wife. It’s obvious that they are not trained to work front-office with customers. Not a single smile even from anyone from the reception for all 3 days we stayed😅 Weird way to run a hotel!
