It is very far from town, not friendly with any international credit card. The breakfast is not good. The building is not wheelchair accessible, yet they didn't mention this issue and won't allow me to cancel my booking.

The hotel is clean, its location is outstanding, the size of my room and its view are good, and the morning breakfast is good. There are some notes, but the overall impression is a feeling of comfort inside the hotel and in the surrounding area, so I extended my stay for additional nights. I thank Mr. Selim (owner), thank the receptionists Mr. Ali Rida and Mr. Omar for their responsiveness and care, and thank Mr. Mohsen and Mr. Ibrahim.

The handling by Mr. Omar is very, very wonderful; mashallah for his style and service and communication. The man is very honest and helpful and didn't miss anything for us. If I write from here tomorrow I won't be able to give him enough credit and a little thank you is too little for him ❤️ The place and location are very beautiful.

I was close to the wedding venue so I could get some rest with the family. This was a disappointing stay, especially as we were traveling with our daughter, who had a fever. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke despite our request for a smoke‑free room, the requested baby cot was not provided, and the air conditioning did not work. Staff moved us to another room quickly, and the AC worked there, which I appreciated. But we should not have had to change rooms under those circumstances. The pillows are also extremely uncomfortable and high. We also had a stressful experience with the hotel’s parking valet service. At around 7 p.m., I received multiple calls asking me to return and hand over my car key because of a situation at the hotel. I explained that I would be back in about 20 minutes, but felt pressured to return sooner. After leaving the hotel the next morning, I noticed a small dent in the car. I cannot say when or how it happened. The hotel told me it had checked the CCTV and found no indication of damage, but I was not given the footage I requested. Overall, the room issues and the way my concerns were handled left me disappointed.
