The location was great for us, a clean and quiet spot even though Rennes Gare is right on the corner. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and parking for the car was superb. We were assigned two single beds as requested, and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom door was made of translucent milk glass—beautiful and stylish—but if you’re not traveling with a partner, the room becomes almost unusable because the glass door blocks the view between the toilet and the bathroom. Unfortunately we couldn’t change rooms; when we asked, the response was that all available rooms had glass doors. We also didn’t look at room photos before booking because we were focused on the location and the secure parking for our rental car. The room we received was too small for two people; only one suitcase could fit at a time, making it nearly impossible to move around when both of us were inside. The room we got was definitely not suitable for two people.
