The basic facilities were acceptable, but the place could have been cleaner overall; the bathroom, in particular, had a slight dirtiness. Noise was a major problem—I couldn't sleep because of a strange sound coming from near the air conditioner that persisted until about 08:30. It felt like someone was showering all night or a gas heater was running. I wanted to talk to the manager, but they were not there when I dropped off my key and I had to leave.

I was impressed by the quick and friendly check‑in, where the staff were attentive and gave me all the info I needed. Parking was a breeze and getting my luggage into the room was effortless. The room itself felt fresh and spotless, and the bed was among the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel.

There was no breakfast available, so I had to bring my own. The room’s cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the carpet was awful with cigarette burns, and for two nights there was no shower because the hot water system was being replaced. Cigarette butts piled up near the external doors, and residents in the corridor were arguing, yelling, and even throwing up at night—probably due to alcohol and mental health issues.

The staff were friendly and the location is good. However, the vanity basin had large cracks, and the room felt generally tired and in need of a renovation.
