The apartment was impeccably clean and organized, even offering a washer and dryer for use. The condominium has a convenience store that makes emergency shopping easy. I have nothing to complain about.

“Não recomendo”

I didn't get two separate rooms as advertised; the second so‑called room was actually a reversed balcony with a fold‑down bed. During the night there was a constant, unidentified noise that the owner blamed on the building. There were not enough sheets, and the check‑out time was 12 h. We were 30 minutes late and were threatened with eviction and removal of our belongings, something I'd never seen before. I definitely don't recommend this place!!!

The place turned out to be a lot smaller than the pictures suggested – even with just four of us it felt cramped, especially with one of the beds tucked inside a tiny wardrobe. We got in late and found the beds unmade, so we had to sort them out ourselves, and several kitchen gadgets were either sluggish or just wouldn’t work, while the TV stayed dead and the AC kept switching on at night.

The condo feels secure and the apartment comes with everything you’d need for a short stay – the AC kept us cool, the kitchen even has a water filter, and the heated pool plus basketball court were great perks. The only downside is that it’s a tight fit for five people; four guests would be more comfortable, and the fourth person ends up on a not‑so‑cozy sofa.

Both the apartment and the hotel were wonderful – everything worked well and the overall vibe was great.
