“Гарний готель , але кухня не відповідає зіркам готеля”
A wonderful new small hotel with decent location on the second or third line. There were few rooms, some with private pools. The room had everything needed: safe, TV, fridge, and a nice large terrace with two lounge chairs. The staff were friendly. It was unusual that you didn’t have to reserve a pool lounge chair in the morning; there weren’t many people and the loungers were enough for everyone. The pool was good, though the water didn’t heat, but it was hot enough because it was so hot outside. Nearby is a small supermarket (though in Rhodes they’re all small, not like Spain’s big Mercadona). A few cafés are close by, but we drove 3 km in a car to a neighboring village with good taverns. 1. The room was very different from the photos. Inside there was a sink for washing, brushing teeth, etc. The bathroom was very small. The toilet was almost in the room behind glass doors with no sound insulation. When using the shower, water always leaked beyond the shower area and we had to lay towels. The third bed was directly under the air conditioner, so sleeping at night was impossible (we had to turn off the AC). Maybe we were unlucky with the room. 2. The food at the hotel does not match the star rating. At hotels of this level, breakfast should include a buffet, fresh juice, omelette cooked for you, various cheeses and cold cuts. None of that was there. Moreover, the cheeses/cold cuts and sausages were inedible – not bad, just unappetizing. Dinner was also not great. There was something to eat to curb hunger, but nothing exciting.
