The service and the change to a better room went smoothly. Everything was completely satisfactory. In the first room there was an unpleasant smell in the fridge, but the issue was resolved quickly and we were allowed to switch rooms.

The bathroom was adequate and clean, but the fridge and its lower cabinet didn’t match. The TV could only be controlled via an app and some channels were missing. Making coffee with the in‑room machine cost 1.-€ per capsule, and the pillow was a disaster.
