“Was OK, but could use some upgrades. Definitely an older hotel starting to show it's age.”

Breakfast was tasty, the highway access was convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the orange‑iced water in the lobby was a nice touch; it’s also the closest hotel to Joggins Fossil Cliffs. However, the room wasn’t very quiet—traffic noise and a noisy fridge were an issue, the bathroom was very tiny so a larger person couldn’t sit on the toilet, and the TV setup was extremely confusing, requiring staff assistance to get it working.

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable, but the shower was bad and there were no elevators.

The room size and beds were good, the spa facilities were nice, and the staff were friendly, but the mosquitoes were a problem—nothing to do with the hotel itself.

“Definitely not worth the price”

First, the reservation was incorrect: I booked four rooms but only three were reserved, although a room was still available; second, one of the rooms was unfinished; third, the rooms had a bad smell.

“We were happy with the accommodations and had a much needed restful night.”

The breakfast was the usual hotel/motel breakfast. More variety would be nice and the food could have been a little warmer. All in all it was good
