The couple’s welcome and kindness stood out. The entire floor was available with toilets and a bathroom, and the bedding was impeccable. The garage offered a place for electric bikes with battery‑charging options. Breakfast was hearty. The village had no shops, contrary to what we saw online; you must bring your own food.

The place was quiet, the bed superb, and breakfast was good. But you have to eat beforehand since there’s no dinner service, and you’ll need to drive a few kilometres to find a restaurant – there’s nothing in the village.

Jeny and Henri were wonderfully hospitable. Everything else was perfect, the only thing I missed was a plug in the bathroom.
