“Don't stay here”

There was nothing good about the place: it was run down, dirty, the air‑conditioning was broken, the beds were filthy and full of garbage, and I still have itchy skin from the towels. The bathroom resembled a horror film.

“Falta atencion”

The location was perfect because I was traveling for work and it was just across the street. However, I had to wait over an hour to receive my room, the phone numbers they provide don’t work, and the customer service is completely inadequate.

“Not bad for the price, would rebook if needed.”

The location scores a 10/10—just across the street from the beach and a 12‑15 minute walk to Publix, gas stations, etc. The property looks worn down, yet the room was very clean, the shower was spacious with good water pressure, and the women who checked us in were kind and made us feel comfortable. The building itself looks worn down, the pool was unappealing, and our room lacked an overhead light—only a lamp was provided, so it wasn’t a huge problem unless you need a lot of brightness. We couldn’t get the TV to work; it claimed to be connected to the hotel Wi‑Fi but we never used it. When we walked down to the lobby the lights were off and nobody was there, so we stayed in the room. The bathroom needs remodeling, though it was clean, and there weren’t enough toiletries for our two nights.

The pictures are very misleading. No one was at the desk when I arrived or left. The bathroom was not clean. There was no security, loud people outside my room in the middle of the night, and no one to address it.
