The hotel is very pretty and right on the Rambla, so close to restaurants that you can step out and be on the beach. We came by van and the garage was super convenient for parking. The photos shown on Booking are exactly what the hotel looks like. Thanks a lot. Jose Lopez. Montevideo, Uruguay

The room was super clean and smelled nice, but the common areas were covered in construction dust. Several rooms were under renovation and the air conditioning units in the hallway were still being installed. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a wide variety and a very spacious restaurant. Some things could be replaced: the bathtub in the presidential suite is old and it didn’t work on the first try for an hour. The bathroom plumbing had a bad connection, so I couldn’t use the hair dryer because the light kept flickering. The ceiling had mold from the humidity, and the bathroom swing was loose or misaligned (we opened it and couldn’t close it).

I booked through the app and when I arrived at the hotel the room I had reserved was already occupied; the room I had booked was no longer available.
