Hotel O by OYO Green Apple

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and accommodating - they really went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. Unfortunately, my room was a bit of a letdown - it was small and the walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything going on in the hallway and next door. Despite the room's shortcomings, the hotel's great location and helpful staff made up for it to some extent.

Close to nothing,. When I entered the room, the owner of this property was very rude and told us that they don't accept online bookings, what type of behavior was this, he scammed us and took Rs. 1000 from us also promised that we would get the same room for 540, I ended up paying the double of what is expected, he commanded I am the owner of this property and as per my wish I will decide the rates. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND I HAD BACK TO BACK SAME EXPERIENCE, ! THE GENIUS DISCOUNT PROVIDED IS SERIOUSLY A WASTE AS I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE FROM OTHER PROPERTY AS WELL THE VERY NEXT DAY, I AM UNABLE TO DROP A REVIEW SINCE HE TOOK MY PHONE AND CANCELED THE BOOKING FROM MY PHONE, SAME PATHETIC EXPERIENCE ENDED UP PAYING DOUBLE THE AMOUNT, I PAID 1200 WHILE THE BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED AT 600 SOMETHING, WHAT KIND OF MONITORING ARE YOU GUYS DOING, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT WHETHER BOOKING IS INVOLVED IN SUCH SCAMS, THE SECOND PROPERTY WHERE I WAS SCAMMED IS OYO Flagship Hotel Villa House SITUATED AT LAJPAT NAGAR II. IF IS NOT INVOLVED IN SUCH SCAMS IT IS A REQUEST TO DELIST BOTH THE PROPERTIES IMMEDIATELY AS THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE PRICES CONFIRMED BY BOOKING AND CHARGING DOUBLE AMOUNT STATING THAT THEY DON'T DEAL ONLINE ELSE I WILL RECOMMEND ALL MY PEERS AND FRIENDS TO AVOID SHARING MY PREVIOUS COUPLE OF DAYS EXPERIENCES Staff behavior. Unpleasant smell from the toilet

I've gotta say, I've had some pretty dodgy experiences with Ootyoo, but this time they managed to pull off a decent stay despite their usual antics. The staff were helpful when I checked in late, and the room was small but spotless, which was a nice surprise considering the chaos I've experienced with them before. The location was great, just a short walk from the main street, but unfortunately, the noise from the nearby bars and restaurants was a real issue, especially at night.

The hotel's prices were a major draw for me, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the rooms and service matched the low rates. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless, which is more than I can say for some of the other budget-friendly options I've stayed at. The location was also a bonus, just a short walk from the city center.

The hotel's location was pretty central, but the noise from the nearby bars and clubs was a real issue. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and the concierge was really helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. They even managed to score us a table at a super popular spot that was fully booked online. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
