The room was spacious and fit my family perfectly. Nothing to complain about.

The location was fine. The reservation said pets were allowed, but when we arrived they charged an absurd fee of 80 reais per day. The price of the inn was already well above the average of the area, so overall it was very expensive. It’s not worth the price! Never again. They don’t negotiate or cancel anything.

Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver on its promises, leaving guests with unmet expectations. Despite some redeeming qualities, the overall experience fell short. The hotel's inability to meet expectations was a significant letdown.
