The staff was very helpful and the room is clean, but it was hard to locate the hotel and there was no signage; it would help to have signage on the main road to guide guests to the exact location since it is inside an alley.

The only thing we liked was the hotel's location. Insects and dust were found under the bed, and spider webs were present; there was no hair dryer, and the room didn't feel like a deluxe one—it was just a standard room.
