The room was huge, bright, and spotless. The Wi‑Fi was solid and the hot water had great pressure. The real highlight was Mr Tom, who helped us with everything from renting a motorcycle to booking a day cruise or the bus back to Hanoi, and gave us great tips on sights while always checking that everything was fine. He was an amazing host that made our stay far more enjoyable.

The hotel was clean, the owner was enthusiastic, and the location was very convenient for moving around.

The spot was good, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were well equipped; there was also an elevator. The place closed quite early, so when we left one evening we just made it right before the closing time, otherwise nothing special.

The location was great, within walking distance of bars, cafés, and restaurants. The owner was lovely but very pushy about booking tours with him, so we declined and found cheaper options elsewhere. The night before our checkout, he knocked on our door before I could answer, tried the locked handle, and when I opened he demanded payment because he wouldn’t be there the next morning.
