The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly, and the rooftop pool was lovely, but the room was small and had a strong damp smell with no open window.

The carpets were in need of replacement and there was a mouldy smell throughout the room.

“Good location, lovely staff, but the rooms were tired and ultimately too small for a family of four.”

Staff were helpful and keen to assist at all times, but our Family Room for 2 adults and 2 children was very small and difficult to move within; the beds were butted up against each other, and the small area at the end of the beds had to accommodate suitcases and backpacks while still being clear enough to walk through—really, really tight.

Room cleaning routines were solid and elevators were accessible, yet the cramped room had an incompetent luggage facility, an inaccessible wardrobe shelf, and not enough walking space around the beds; the stone‑faced restaurant staff were unhelpful, an extra service charge was added for booking a cab, the breakfast spread was very poor, and the menu reused and reprocessed foods daily.
