Nothing. Unclean and unhygenic room, hotel guy was forcing to pay full amount before checking the property properly. The staff was really unprofessional. This is an unsafe property for some1 new to this city

The location and services were good. The shower was faulty.

I stayed in this hotel with my partner and the room was a good size for both of us. The TV had internet connection which was convenient. However, the water heater wasn't working well, so we had to take a cold shower, which was pretty miserable in the winter. To make matters worse, the breakfast wasn't a buffet like they said it would be - we just got a plate with a few things on it, like paratha, an egg, and some curry, and it was really disappointing.

I loved the location of this hotel - it's right in the middle of everything, with easy access to Cox's Bazar, the Hill Tracts, and other travel destinations in Chittagong. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was okay. The only downside is that there's no elevator, which can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you're staying on a higher floor. That being said, I think it's something they could easily fix, since there's clearly enough space for a lift.
