The views and the treatment and attention from all staff were outstanding.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, and it was our first time here; we’ll definitely return. The only issue was that you’re charged for the minibar in the room.

The hotel is excellent. The LEVEL service justifies the higher price, thanks to the distinct reception experience and the breakfast, which is available all day as a brunch. The bathroom lacked accessories like a shower cap and cotton buds, and the main bed was comfortable but noisy; otherwise, just minor details.
