The location is a major plus - it's just a stone's throw away from the bus waiting area
I had a fantastic stay at this place - it was spotless, super comfy, and had amazing beds.
The room was a great size, with plenty of space for luggage
This place is a great value for the price - it's super cheap and good.

“スーパー近い。コインパーキング隣り3台。周りに飲食店徒歩圏内は無さそう。浅草タクシーで10分以内。”
The waiting area on the ground floor was nice and the bed was comfortable, but as soon as we went inside an unpleasant smell hit us, the stairs were dusty, the men’s toilet was so dirty my son refused to use it, the curtain left a gap letting light in, and the shower door was hard to open once closed, which was frustrating.
“Buchen lohnt sich”
The apartment was very spacious, and Tokyo Tower was just about a 12‑minute walk away. It sits right in the middle of Tokyo yet feels surprisingly quiet, and there's a free washing machine in the basement. I’d definitely come back.
It was cheap and close to the metro station, but it could have been cleaner.
Getting to the airport was a breeze, but this was the worst stay I've ever had. The whole place felt oddly eerie, the room seemed never vacuumed, the floor was covered in hair, and the shower probably never got cleaned properly… the sink was moldy too. There was no reception desk, which felt unsettling. A group of people walked through the hallway ALL NIGHT, shouting, running, and even using a hair dryer; I couldn't tell what they were doing, but we couldn't sleep. In the morning they stood in front of our door, which even had a small window letting anyone peek inside… it was super weird. Pulling the curtains to the side still let neighbors see everything. We only stayed one night, and it was incredibly uncomfortable.
“花火は最高!宿泊施設は最低!”
We were moved to a different room and my son’s reservation disappeared; after we had settled our luggage and gone out, my son returned and tried to find out what was happening, but no staff were around. We had fireworks prepared in Adachi and needed to shop and get to the venue before traffic restrictions, so we left and didn’t come back until late at night, where a staff member waited but we couldn’t communicate—our translation app failed. They told us to relocate, but after a long day of sweating at a public bath we refused to move. My son had originally booked a triple room for three, but now only two of us were left, so we wanted to cancel our room, yet we couldn’t even have a conversation and the request stayed unresolved. As first‑time users we couldn’t navigate the system, had no time to sort it out, and email alone didn’t help. At the fireworks site tens of thousands of people were online, making email impossible, and we were left without any contact for several hours.
