The room was fine, but when we forgot personal items in the room they refused to return them, claiming they weren’t responsible and that anything left behind was lost, so be careful if you leave something behind—they won’t retrieve it for you.

The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were good, and the bedding felt high quality. Cleanliness was excellent and the staff were very polite and friendly. Everything was perfect and went beyond my expectations; I would gladly stay again without hesitation. Thanks for the hospitality. There are no complaints.

Nothing about this hotel pleased me; the staff were rude and odd. Every restaurant on site was a disaster. It was by far the worst hotel and location I’ve ever experienced. All four rooms we booked had disgusting toilets. The whole property felt like a nightmare, and the people there were the unfriendly bunch I’ve ever met.

Excellent location, friendly staff, easy check‑in process and convenient parking in front of the main entrance. I liked the view towards the city park and the river. The hotel is vertically built with only 7 rooms per floor. Affordable mini‑bar and a powerful AC. There seemed to have been a technical problem with the p‑trap under the bathroom sink, so there was a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom. I guess they will fix it. The AC was on the noisier side.
