The location is truly ideal, and the person who welcomed us was helpful. We had a problem with stained sheets; she simply told us where to get new ones. Unfortunately, the room was the worst, with all walls covered in glass and sticky paper that let in light, making it hard to sleep when other guests stayed late. It was a shame that extra fees were charged for late arrivals, though we were two guests arriving at different times.

The check‑in went smoothly, and our terrace‑side room was completely sound‑proof from street noise—everything was perfect, and there were no complaints.

The facilities were clean, but the nighttime noise from other guests was unbearable, and the rooms felt like they were in daylight even though it was night.

The location is ideal, just a 5‑minute walk on a narrow street to the city center, with plenty of nearby restaurants; however, on day one there was no hot water, I would choose a room with a private toilet next time, and the beds were uncomfortable.
