I’m thrilled to have moved here from another nearby hotel. The friendly reception and early check‑in were a great start! The room on the second floor has an ideal view of the morning launch of balloons. It’s very quiet and comfortable! Everything is within walking distance: the city center, the mountains. There’s a private parking lot, which is useful. There’s a pool with a beautiful view of the mountains, but I didn’t swim because the water was cold (I stayed at the end of September). The Wi‑Fi is excellent throughout the hotel. Cleaning was offered, but I didn’t need it. Breakfast could be more varied; that’s definitely something to work on. The bed is uncomfortable: the mattress is too soft, and the pillows are too large (I slept without them).

The location is excellent, very close to the main tourist sites, which allowed us to enjoy the stay a lot. The hotel is very comfortable and spacious, and the room was perfect for arriving and resting after a day of exploring the city. I would also highlight the variety of breakfast and the food in general, all very tasty with good options. The hotel staff were wonderful: very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help at any time. I would definitely come back. I’m very grateful for everything and for making me feel so comfortable during my stay. I recommend it 100 %. Everything was very good.

The location is great; the breakfast is classic, the cleanliness is average, the comfort is average, but there’s nothing to complain about regarding the location. The rooms are a bit cramped.
