“Very disappointing”
The location was a major plus, being just a stone's throw away from the Mall of Asia. However, the check-in process was a total disaster. We asked to check in early, but it took forever – we'd asked 2.5 hours in advance, but still had to wait until 20 minutes before the actual check-in time. To make matters worse, the property owner seemed completely uninterested in helping us, just saying 'wait' whenever we tried to talk to them.
