The spot right on the lake, surrounded by protected natural vegetation, adds extra charm, and a lake‑view room is a must; breakfast is elegantly served, the pick‑up and drop‑off service is excellent, and there’s a free “photo session” that was a fun addition. The hotel is quite small, so there aren’t many other facilities, but that didn’t bother us.

The decor is really attractive and the staff are warm and helpful. The only thing that annoyed me was the sink in the bathroom – there’s no hook for towels, which makes it a bit inconvenient. A simple addition would make the room feel complete.

The view from the hotel is stunning – you can see the sea and the sunset with gulls flying around, and the place is spotless. Staff are friendly, especially with older guests since there’s no need to climb stairs. The only minor gripe is that the toiletries are just okay, nothing special.

Staying in the heart of the old town was great; the hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers lovely views of Cangshan and Erhai. The staff are enthusiastic and the service is solid, plus there’s an elevator for convenience. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, rounding out a pleasant stay.
