They cancelled my reservation on the day I was to arrive. I had previously written to them to reconfirm and they said there was no problem. They sold my room to other guests and I had to find another place for my whole family that night. Hotel Venecia 2 showed little seriousness and commitment.

It was super clean. The location was a bit confusing.

The front desk had no manners at all. My bathroom lacked a shower curtain, a toilet lid, and hot water. When I asked for hot water, the front desk kid said no one had complained about it. Loud music was playing, and I was told it was a couples hotel—why would a booking list this place?

The location was fine. I didn’t realize it was a motel, so the nighttime noise was very intense. Also the sink and toilet didn’t get water, which was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t return.
