“Immonde ! A fuir !!”
Nothing good. The hotel was filthy, smelled awful, and we left after 30 minutes to find another place. There were cockroach larvae, three centimeters of grime on the floor, the shower was coated in limescale and black stains, and the odor was nauseating. It's unacceptable to rent rooms like that.
“Horrible”
The architecture was original, but the cleaning and routine maintenance were lacking.
We extended our stay for another week and already wrote a review. The room is absolutely recommended. The staff were attentive and very nice, thanks for everything! Everything was perfect!
“WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL!”
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, doing everything to secure our belongings, giving directions to the best restaurants, and offering express laundry. But the place was filthy, with thick dust on every surface, and the stairs looked like no one had mopped them for years. There was no mirror in the room, the carpet was dirty, and the room itself was musty. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed properly—no lock or latch to keep it secure from the inside—and the tiles were filthy. The TV was tiny, and the management was stingy enough to just hang a computer monitor on the wall instead of providing a proper TV for entertainment.
The room was comfortable and clean.
