I didn’t like anything at all – the rooms were terrible. The breakfast service was awful and there was a lack of hygiene.

The breakfast was very good, the neighborhood isn’t the best but it’s okay, the room was quite comfortable and there wasn’t much noise nearby, and it wasn’t too hot. The fan was broken, there was no hot shower, and the TV had a huge crack in the middle of the screen.

The shower with a hot‑water cabin was good, the internet was stable, the old TV still had YouTube, breakfast included scrambled eggs, chocolate, arepa, and cheese, and the lady serving in the kitchen was very kind. I asked to store my luggage and everything was handled nicely, they’re very honest. Room 302 had a dirty towel on a chair and too many stiff towels, the bed had ants, there was a hole in the wall filled with toilet paper that was visible, the bedding was stiff and had short hairs on the sheets, I stayed two nights, the next day after my stay I left and when I returned the room wasn’t cleaned and no soap was provided. The door key was insecure, it opens with any key. I would give a very low rating for the cleanliness; the room’s value does not justify the cost of the stay. The area is tolerable, located near the side of the Antioquia government.

Excelente lugar una tención 10/10 el personal,la limpieza q se siente en el hotel los desayunos todo estuvo perfecto super recomendado queda muy cerca a plaza mayor
