The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, it was very private, the hot tub was great, and the complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch. Check‑in was very late at 4 pm and check‑out early at 10 am; with the amount paid those times seemed inadequate.

We loved the location, it’s beautiful surrounded by nature, and we had a peaceful, amazing weekend. The safari suite was cozy, the bed comfy, and we enjoyed the patio view and the hot tub. Having a smart TV and Wi‑Fi in the room was a bonus. The staff were lovely and we couldn’t have had a nicer experience. We also received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.

I felt the place was both cozy and secluded, and it surpassed what I had imagined. The hot tub, sized just right for two, was also spotless and inviting.

We loved our weekend stay in one of the safari tent suites it had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable and homely. The safari tents where very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and spacious. We will be returning later on in the year when it's warmer. Everything was amazing and lovely, unfortunately the weather wasn't which ment the safari tent was a bit shaky with the blustering wind and rain, but that's the lake District for you unpredictable weather. Will definitely be coming back again

The staff were really friendly and it was super quiet, which was great. Only downside was the hot tub - couldn't get it to heat up properly, ended up being a bit chilly. Not ideal, but staff were helpful about it. Overall, a solid stay but a bit of a letdown with the hot tub.
