The onsen was amazing and helped me unwind. Because we arrived late, finding our accommodation took a bit of effort, and I wish the streetlights were a bit brighter.

The quality of the hot spring water was pleasant. The bath was narrower than I had expected.

The rooms were very large and there were many of them, so even a big group could stay comfortably. The hot spring bath was relaxing and refreshed me after the trip. The owner answered my questions quickly, so I felt at ease on the day.

There were plenty of rooms, so even with five family members we found plenty of privacy. The hot spring was great, and the house was surrounded by nature, which was wonderful. The futons were comfortable. I would have liked better cooking utensils and larger plates, plus salt and pepper and other essentials. The fridge was small, especially for a big group.

ところどころ古さは感じますが、清潔に掃除されており、大変居心地よく過ごせました。8月初めの災害で温泉管が流された件では、ご連絡くださり対応に誠実さを感じました。宿泊数日前には温泉再開できたとのことで、温泉も楽しむことができました。エアコンをつけてくださってたことやりんごジュースのサービスなど、細やかな配慮が嬉しかったです。あとキッチンのゴミ箱が大きくて良かったです。. 一軒家だったので、洗濯機があるのかな？と期待していましたが、洗濯機はなかったです。今回は観光での利用でしたので問題はなかったです。登山利用だと洗濯物がたまるので…。バスタオルとドライヤーは置いてありますが、フェイスタオルなどはありません。その代わり手洗いやキッチンにはペーパータオル置いてくれています。
