The hotel is nice, with a charming look and you can walk to nearby restaurants or small markets; the room was clean and the Wi‑Fi worked well, and they even gave us dining and shopping suggestions. The check‑in, however, was a complete mess: the front‑desk guy didn’t understand anything, didn’t speak English, and didn’t know we had a reservation; we had to call his boss to get through, and we waited about 20 minutes before the boss arrived and we could finally check in. Also, the single room had a damp smell and the cleaning was not up to par.
