The facility was clean, welcoming, and had a nearby parking spot in a great location; someone finally added a bit of water to the fridge, and the breakfast was good too. I had no pretensions and found it fine. I would suggest adding an internal mirror in the room to see how you’re dressed; although there’s one outside, an internal one would be a definite added value. I’m not sure if a steamer is missing, but I didn’t notice it and I think those are essential items.

The location was excellent! The tub was large, the room cozy with a balcony, and breakfast was ready in the room, plus you could get hot drinks or other items directly in the kitchen on your own. A bonus was Netflix included!

Everything was handled by phone and remotely – no one was physically present. There was no butter at breakfast, and for two people we had a mini cake and a biscuit. The butterless biscuits were not great.

The location was great, the room was clean and nice. I didn’t like the breakfast style: three boxed items on a tray on the desk, two Nutellines, and the option for hot drinks in the kitchen. The quality was poor. I would have preferred to be notified about the self‑check‑in, to receive the entry codes at arrival time, and not have to call the host three times to get into the room. The toilet paper in the bathroom had already been used, was halfway through, and had no seal. These are things that could be improved.
