There was no hanger in the washroom, so I had to ask where to hang my towel and clothes, and the toiletries were only provided after I asked. Water bottles were chargeable. The curtain was very cheap, and the window leaked even when closed, letting wind in. There was no dressing table or mirror in the room.

First of all , why booking.commgave me itenary of different hotel 2nd, why the location of the hotel given wrong 3rd, why the hotel didn’t contact on time n after a day. n hotel is collectvily cheating the customer

The hotel manager simply said there were no rooms and didn’t say anything else to us.
