Quality Inn Post Falls - Coeur d'Alene

Breakfast options were limited. When we arrived, a group of staff members were arguing over hours and other matters, giving a very unfriendly welcome. The pillows and bed were hard, the door didn’t shut on its own, and the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker were dirty. The hallway and room smelled unpleasant, so we had to keep the window open the whole stay.

Convenient to evacuation location. The report I’m s dirty the carpet mirrors, sheets torn, breakfast area not clean, food drippings all over the counters, not much selection on food, staff was rude to help moving luggage because there’s no elevator and I’m disabled and so is my daughter. I had to make 7 trips to move my belongings to m round I’m and was hurting out of breath. Had I not had to book this last minute room to evacuate from a wildfire, I would never choose to stay here. The carpet in the rooms and hallways was dirty as well made me question the sanitizing of things in the rooms

I would not recommend staying here; it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

We booked two rooms; ours was dirty with stains on the sheets, smudged mirrors, unclean headboards, and a sink counter with residue. The second room smelled like someone had smoked in it but was cleaner overall.
