Hotel Elysian Residency

The rooms were kept in good shape and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and even found something we’d left behind in the room before we left the premises, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm and nice. I was the only one in my family who seemed bothered by a strong chemical smell in the room; it kept me up for a while at night and I had to cover my nose with the sheet for part of the night. My family didn’t seem to notice or mind.

Facilities and excellent service were available. However, when we got the mail confirmation reply for complimentary breakfast 🥞, I didn’t understand why they didn’t let us in; they charged 299 per person. I wasn’t allowed the complimentary breakfast – why? The mail reply sent 4418 amounts with free breakfast.

“Value for money”

The location was superb, close to the temples and the railway station. The staff were helpful, attentive, and polite. The room was extremely small, and the washroom lacked basic amenities.

I started with a room that leaked water from the roof, so they moved me to a different one, but the bathroom still had a bad smell.
