We were a trio of adults, and the bed was annoyingly squeaky, especially when the other two were sleeping. The third adult had no clear sleeping arrangement; it felt cramped. The rooms otherwise were pleasant, Wi‑Fi was slow but usable, and the free parking could fit 4–5 cars. The location is close to Gatwick if you drive. I didn’t try breakfast, so no comment on that. The main issue was the beds.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the room was cosy with a kettle, tea, coffee, and everything clean and tidy. It was a perfect stay overall. No complaints.

The location was very convenient for Gatwick airport, and the continental breakfast delivered to the room was excellent. A great pub was within walking distance. The property signage was a bit hard to read, and one of the twin beds was very squeaky.
