The rooms and facilities were very good, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The food was great, but the rooms I stayed in were small.

The staff were excellent, the internet was good, the location was great, and the food was good. Water pressure in the toilets sometimes was a concern, but that seems to be an issue with New Town.

The staff behaviour was excellent. The hotel refused to give complimentary breakfast as mentioned in my booking terms, and the washroom drainage was clogged and no one attended after my request.
