The host is super nice and engaged, but I got a room on the lower floor instead of the one shown on booking with a terrace and a nice view; the lower floor window looks out onto a corridor, not a view; the room’s cleanliness was not great, perhaps because I did yoga on the floor in the morning and noticed more; the breakfast was very tasty; nearby there’s a great restaurant, the Honey Cafe, with delicious food and a wonderful owner; I didn’t receive the room shown on booking and no explanation was given, and the room’s cleanliness was lacking.

Excellent hotel in a very beautiful mountain area surrounded by tea plantations; the room is great, breakfast is superb, and the trail to Ella Rock starts very close.
