The pool could not be used by 15‑, 16‑, and 17‑year‑olds between 19:00 and 21:00. I couldn’t share it with my kids because we didn’t go during the earlier slot when it was full with small children, and to avoid overcrowding we chose the final two‑hour window, but my kids were not allowed to join me.

The forested area is great, but it was annoying having to walk outside the heated pool to get back to the cabin.

Desayuno muy completo y rico. Y el personal (todas las áreas del hotel) todos de 10, nos recibieron todos excelente, muy amables. Y también que el lugar es muy completo, muchas actividades

The restaurant is outstanding, food is superb and service flawless, and I especially appreciate how attentive everyone at the complex is; it would be nice if they offered room service.
