A 15 min (a piedi) dalla spiaggia, camera ampia e confortevole (materasso ottimo). Splendida terrazza vista mare. Struttura nuova, curata e pulita. In più disponibilità, gentilezza ed efficienza. Lo sterrato per raggiungere la struttura dalla via principale, poco illuminato

Comfortable linens, spotless cleaning every day except Sunday, and a straightforward self‑check‑in/out process. I recommend it.

The new building, a simple but well‑kept room, and especially its cleanliness. Nothing to add.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sardinian property and were overall very satisfied. The pool area was particularly dreamy with its stunning view – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the time. The room stayed clean and tidy throughout. They reliably ensured plenty of toilet paper and fresh towels were always available. A special thank you to Gulia, who was always very helpful and responded quickly and solution‑oriented to any questions or problems. The location of the property is also very nice. Only the drive to the parking was a bit awkward, probably because construction is still happening nearby. That did not really affect our stay. Overall a very nice property that we would gladly recommend! A small suggestion would be a better way to hang laundry or towels. Otherwise there is hardly anything to criticize from our side.

We had an enjoyable stay. The rooms and the facilities are clean and modern. Giulia is very friendly and gave us tips about the area. Parking is available right at the property. A clothes‑drying rack for bathing clothes and towels would have been nice.
