From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and experience were unique; they made us feel very comfortable and at ease in the facilities! We were traveling to help with the earthquake disaster that hit Dosquebradas and the Guadalupe area, and when the hotel staff learned about our mission, they put all their efforts and facilities at our disposal, setting up tables and chairs for the donations, and the hotel staff assisted us in the donation process. I give them a rating of 1000/10! Excellent team!
