Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bessemer - Birmingham SW by IHG

My check-in experience was pleasant, thanks to the friendly staff. However, my stay was marred by the excessive noise level, which made it difficult for me to rest. The constant slamming of doors, loud conversations, and laughter that went late into the night and early into the morning were really disturbing. I had to take the extra expense of buying a fan just to drown out the noise in the hallway, which wasn't ideal.

I was pleased to find that the facilities were nice and clean, and the employees were helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a comfortable environment.

“Nice stay, great location, would like to have flexibility with check out and breakfast”

The hotel's location was a major plus for me, but I was somewhat inconvenienced by the limited check-out options. It would have been great to have more flexibility in this regard.

I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with one notable exception - the towel shortage was a bit of an issue. However, the cleanliness of the room, the professionalism of the staff, and the warm breakfast spread made up for it. The spacious room was a definite plus. Overall, it was a good experience despite the minor inconvenience.
