Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The beach and the whole resort were great for little kids, with shallow water and everything the resort offered—buckets, child‑size floats, balls, kayaks, stand‑up paddles, etc. We stayed a week and only left for a day to explore the little town of Porto de Galinhas. The staff took care of everything we asked for, and breakfast was excellent. The food, however, wasn’t very tasty overall.

The pools and the staff service are very good. The lunch and dinner food are not surprising; the rice is reheated, and the menu repeats in less than a week.

The pool, location, beach, activities, and staff are all excellent. There is no notice that drinks are not included. I complained, and at the last minute they agreed. That information should be displayed on the booking page. I even think that providing one soda (or even a bottle of water) per dinner would be a win‑win for the hotel and guests, avoiding the feeling that they are trying to take my money away for 5 Reais per day.

Some staff members provide good service. However, some staff are unprepared to deal with the public.

The cleaning and comfort were excellent; the air conditioning was broken, but they immediately moved us to another room when we requested it (the AC wasn’t fixed right away).
