The host was very friendly and had our check‑in ready well before the scheduled time because our flight arrived early; the place is well‑situated—just a 20‑minute walk to the Pretonas towers, and you’ll have to walk over 12 minutes to find any restaurants since it’s a residential area. It’s very quiet, the fridge keeps things cool, and there’s a microwave and kettle. The air‑conditioning worked, but the bathroom needs an urgent upgrade, there’s no sink in the kitchen to rinse glasses, and the AC can be noisy.
