The room was spacious and independently accessible, parking was free and convenient, the common area was pleasant, and they offered coffee, tea, and biscuits. The bathroom’s cleanliness and size were lacking; the toilet wasn’t very clean and the decorative toothpick holder was dirty. The soap pods were few. We had a connecting room and could hear the neighboring room’s noise. The environment felt uneasy, especially if you decide to walk to Ortigia. Breakfast was limited to one hot drink and one pastry (or a savory item).

We liked the room; even though the bathroom was smaller, we made good use of the shared kitchen that came with the apartment. It might have been better to have more knives (there was only one). The location was good, 5 minutes from the gym and 15 minutes from Ortigia. The bed was so soft that my wife and I had back pain the next day.

Very atmospheric apartment, just like home. Fully equipped kitchen if you need it. Interesting accommodation system via an app. A café right across the street. About a 20‑minute walk to the center and Ortigia.
