Tama Boutique Hotel

The rooms were cozy and the beds were big, and the staff were friendly, but the AC wasn’t working properly.

“Good Option for Bandung”

This is a boutique hotel which seems to usually service people from Asia. The rooms are smallish, but the furniture is modern. The staff is really nice. You can walk to Braga, or the historic district, in about 45 minutes. By taxi it might be 15-20 (traffic). The value is good. My friends has a suite--which was really just a room with a balcony called "city view." The view is really just a few trees, and one street with food stalls. Downstairs is a Korean restaurant called Born Ga. If you take a taxi you might use that as your destination rather than Hotel Tama. Our driver from the train station had no idea where hotel Tama was, although it appears on my apps. I come to Bandung fairly often, so I may return. The breakfast is fine if you like meat dishes. You choose from 10 or set breakfasts the night before. There was nothing without meat except for the "granola" breakfast which feature a but of yoghurt, fruit, uncooked oats, and sweets

The breakfast was varied and tasty, so everyone got their favourite food and there was no waste, but hot water was not available in my room.

The location is excellent and close to services; the staff are friendly and respond quickly, but the towels are very old and worn, and the breakfast is not suitable for Arab countries and lacks variety such as carrots, cheese, and jam. It’s very strange; I hope the breakfast menu will diversify and the towels will be renewed.
