I’ve been going there for a few years and it’s convenient, but it’s just dirty.

The blankets were torn and there were cockroaches in the bathrooms.

The location was fine. The room showed its age; the door didn’t fit tightly and let cold air in during winter, and the fridge door rubbed against the carpet.
