It sits in a great spot and the nightly rate is fair, but the room had a smell, only soap and a towel were supplied, breakfast wasn’t offered, and the sheets and pillowcases were dirty.

The location is definitely the best part - it's super convenient. However, I was a bit put off by the cleanliness of the place.

The staff were really quick to respond when I needed them, which was great. On the downside, the water pressure in the washroom was really slow - a bit of a pain.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but when I arrived, they told me they were fully booked and couldn't give me a room - even though I'd already reserved one! I'm still trying to wrap my head around how they could give a room they'd already promised to someone else. It's pretty frustrating when you plan ahead and still can't get what you paid for.

Overall, it was a great experience - the place was clean and everything seemed to be in order. One thing that could be improved is the hot water availability, it was a bit of a struggle to get it going.
