The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town of Santa Fiora next to the Sanctuary of the SS Crocifisso; the building is finely renovated, tastefully furnished with a mix of modern and classic elements, impeccably clean, and the services are perfectly organized, making for a truly pleasant stay in every respect.

Great accommodation! Absolutely recommended! Very tasteful and stylishly renovated, we felt very comfortable! Very nice host; we gladly took the walk to the property, and parking at the provided spot a few minutes away was hassle‑free. The location in the historic town center is great, and there’s a nice view from the common area.

The apartment is gorgeous and finely furnished, blending contemporary street‑culture touches with historic charm. Breakfast was superb, and the kitchen view added to the experience. I also appreciated the extensive brochure stock for visitors unfamiliar with the area. A small suggestion: a bucket for waste sorting in the common area would be helpful.

The building is brand‑new and stunning. The owners are welcoming and very kind. The central location is perfect. The only drawback is that room 2 has a private bathroom located outside the room.
