Everything was clean and pleasant, and the food offered variety; overall, a very good experience, but all children’s activities were only in French, leaving non‑French kids feeling excluded, and there were too few protein options for vegans.

The food was outstanding, with a new dish each day and themed dinners—Greek, Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian—each delicious and plentiful, and desserts were prepared right before us; the waiters were quick and friendly, though no one leaves tips for their great work, even though tip jars are available everywhere. Bars at the beach, by the pool, a snack bar, and a lobby bar (open 18:00–1:00) all served excellent cocktails, and bartenders happily mixed anything requested. Wait times were only a few minutes despite many guests, and the bartenders Theodorus, Jeff, and Christous were the best, very pleasant and professional. The accommodation was fantastic: a spacious superior room with a side sea view on the south side (one of 120 newly renovated rooms), cleaned daily. The bed and room were even better than home, with two pillow options (soft and firm), a large blanket in the bedding, and an incredible mattress of perfect firmness for a poetic sleep. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the bathroom had all necessities—shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body cream. Poolside music was always low‑key and never disruptive, and although we didn’t use the animation program, it never bothered us. Overall, the staff were perfect.

The entire stay was excellent: the hotel, staff, room, location, and all client conditions were superb. Nothing to point out.
