The location was perfect, the room was clean, there was a kitchen available, and the covered parking plus pool were great; service was impeccable. Thanks, Nesrine.

The hotel was near Midoun’s tourist area and easy to find. It was uncomfortable, especially the AC, which was too small for the room and took at least two hours to reach a tolerable temperature, forcing me to sleep in front of it. Breakfast was repetitive and could have been better with homemade traditional dishes instead of cold croissants or artificial brownies. The pool was poorly maintained. Communication and response times were slow. We experienced power and water outages from 1 am to 7:30 am, could not sleep the whole night, and nobody checked on us or even noticed the problem.

We really enjoyed the warm welcome, the friendly staff, and the beautiful, cozy setting ♥️♥️ I just wish I could have stayed longer.

The building itself is good. The services, breakfast, and cleaning were lacking.
